In the event you want to return, replace your crystal or if your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 72 hours at info@3d-innovation.com in order to receive a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return shipping label from us.

When you contact us and receive your RA number, you will have the following options:

  • Replace your item for an even exchange.
  • Request an online store credit in the amount of your item purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
  • Request a refund for your item.

 

Merchandise returned without receiving a RA number will be refused and/or sent back to the sender.

When an item is returned all packaging material must be included along with a copy of your return authorization and a copy of your original receipt.

Personalized merchandise return refunds are subject to a customization fee.

The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Please provide a brief written statement mentioning the reason for the return and your account details.
